Gratefully in Claude
Connect Gratefully to Claude and ask about your donors, priorities, at-risk lists, and segments from inside Claude. Sign in or sign up in one click. Claude can log notes, create reminders, and save email drafts for your approval. It never sends email or deletes records. A Claude plugin adds three ready-made skills: meeting prep, lapsed-donor win-back, and year-end appeal.
Board slides from a conversation
After Grace shows you a chart or summary, ask for slides. You get a branded PowerPoint deck built only from what's in the conversation, with the charts and sources included. Grace never invents numbers to fill a slide.
Ask about donors by place
Grace understands cities, states, metros, and regions ("top donors in Houston"). You can also filter the donor list by location and export it for an event invite list.
Faster answers
Answers appear the moment they're ready, and we removed wasted work around the model, so most questions come back noticeably faster. Every chat turn now has a time limit, so you never see an endless spinner.
Your signature on every draft
Set your email signature once on your profile. Grace adds it to every draft she writes, so emails sign off as you.
Plays and Ready to Send
Grace now drafts outreach for you. Plays are curated programs, such as a thank-you after a first gift or a check-in with lapsing donors, and they're switched on by default. Each night Grace drafts the emails, and they wait in a Ready to Send queue in the Action Center. You review, edit, and approve. Nothing is sent without a person approving it.
Send from your own mailbox
Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, or Outlook, and approved drafts go out as normal emails from you.
Push a segment to Mailchimp
Sync any segment to your Mailchimp audience and create a draft campaign there. You send it from Mailchimp.
Every answer shows its sources
A Sources row now sits under every Grace answer. Click a source to see the gift records, report, or document behind it. When Grace can't back something up, the answer says so.
Any list as a spreadsheet
When an answer is a list of donors, a "Download .csv" button appears, or you can just ask for a spreadsheet.
Reminders
Tell Grace "remind me in 3 months to thank the Smith family". The reminder shows up in your Action Center and morning email on the day, with a fresh draft ready.
Free donor data health report
Every organization gets a free report on what's wrong with its donor file: duplicate people, giving split across those duplicates, donors you can't reach, and gifts with missing dates or odd amounts.
Duplicate cleanup by answering questions
Clean up duplicates by answering a few questions about how matches should be handled, not by clicking through hundreds of pairs. Every merge can be undone.
New plans and a free plan that keeps working
Choose Essential, Professional, or Advanced, or stay on Free. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of Advanced, and Gratefully never charges for the data you bring in.

Notes land in Salesforce
