Ready to Send: from insight to a sent email
Grace drafts donor outreach overnight. Review, approve, and send from your own Gmail or Outlook. Nothing goes out without you.
What Ready to Send does
Plays are curated outreach programs (a thank-you after a first gift, a check-in with lapsing donors) that are on by default. Each night Grace drafts the emails, and they wait in the Ready to Send queue in the Action Center.
Review, edit, and approve each one. Approved drafts go out from your own Gmail, Google Workspace, or Outlook mailbox, signed with your own signature. No mailbox connected? Copy the draft or mark it as sent.
For bulk appeals, push a segment to Mailchimp as a draft campaign and send it from there.
