No. We never charge for data in. Every plan, including Free, holds your full donor file with no record, contact, or data volume limits.

No. Every integration and real-time syncing is included on every plan, including Free. You are never billed for connecting a system or for how often it syncs.

Free and Essential are single-person plans. Professional includes 5 people and Advanced includes 10, and on both you can add extra seats for $100 per month each, or $80 per month each when billed annually. If you need more than 10 people, talk to us and we will size it with you.

You change or cancel your plan inside the app in a couple of clicks. There is no lock-in and no cancellation call. If you cancel a paid plan you drop back to the Free plan rather than losing access to your data.
